About Tele-Therapy

Tele-therapy is an effective method of therapy for those who are busy, traveling or simply for convenience. Those with anxiety, especially social anxiety have found tele-therapy to be a tool that grants them an unusual focus. Two voices gently focusing on issues, can easily strip away much of the habitual ways we use busyness, rushing, and other patterns to avoid developing ourselves.  Many of my clients find that they can reach deeper truths and clarity in these tele-therapy sessions. They like the ease and comfort of calling from wherever they are.  No worries about traffic, parking, or are they going to be late for whatever is next.
